DEVELOPMENT OF A PROJECT BASED ONLINE LEARNING MODEL TO IMPROVE THE SKILLS AND ABILITIES OF ACTORS FOR STUDENTS

This study describes the development process and feasibility of project-based online learning to improve actorship abilities skills for students Sendratasik Education Study Program, Faculty Language Arts, Surabaya State University. Using research methods, ADDIE consists 5 stages implementation. The implementation stage this is only until carried out in drama, dance, music education program with consisting one 3 traditional theater, actor, educational theater courses. instruments are interview guidelines, expert validation instruments, questionnaires, observation sheets. improvement developed has adjusted Project Based Online Learning model. There six syntaxes model: product planning, designing preparing creation schedules, monitoring project activity development, testing work online, evaluating experiences. on assessment validators, results action content suitability high criteria, aspects construction readability very high.
